Purpose

As a member of the Friends of the Peñitas Public Library, you will be able to lead alongside the Library Staff and the Library Board to serve the residents of The City of Peñitas and use your talents and skills to motivate members of the community to reach their fullest potential and become leaders themselves. 

Activities

We help fund summer reading programs, sponsor special library events, purchase special needs and/or equipment through book sales, sales of items from the Friend-shoppe, and donations. All proceeds from our sales go to library services and programs.

Membership 

Membership applications are accepted year-round. Contact Library Staff at (956) 999-8312 or visit the Peñitas Public Library at 1111 S. Main St., Peñitas, TX 78576 to become a member. 

Contributions

Any and all contributions are used solely for the purpose of enhancing literacy and providing free services to the residents of the City of Peñitas and surrounding areas.
